We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Shoes must be returned in their original box, unworn.

Accessories (hats, belts, jewelry, etc.) and sale items are FINAL SALE and non-returnable.

BellBuckle reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit—please use a trackable shipping method.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like to replace an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or style.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will resolve the problem promptly—either by replacing the item, issuing store credit, or refunding your purchase.
