1. Exchanges & Store Credit:
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at bellbuckleclothing@gmail.com. Please include your order number and reason for the exchange.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit or send your replacement item.
3. Refunds
As a small, independent boutique, every purchase is final. While we’re unable to offer refunds, we’re happy to provide exchanges or store credit to ensure you love your BellBuckle items!
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item:
Contact us at bellbuckleclothing@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will resolve the problem promptly—either by replacing the item or issuing store credit.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Store credit will be applied to your BellBuckle account and can be used for any future purchase.

Custom or final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
