Shipping Policy

At BellBuckle, LLC , we are committed to fast, reliable, and affordable shipping for all U.S. customers. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories and outlying areas).
We do not ship to the following:

P.O. Boxes

APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands)

Washington, D.C. (District of Columbia)

Orders placed to any of the above destinations will be canceled and refunded.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.

High-volume seasons may extend processing times slightly.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer the following options at checkout:

Standard Shipping

3–7 business days

Please note: Delivery timeframes begin once the order is shipped, not at the time of purchase. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 days of purchase.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on:

Order weight

Destination state

Chosen shipping speed

Shipping charges are shown during checkout before you submit payment. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.

5. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to activate.

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

While we work with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen events such as weather disruptions or carrier issues may occasionally cause delays.

BellBuckle is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

Carrier errors

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Natural disasters or other force majeure events

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

Notify us at bellbuckleclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date or arrival.

Include your order number and relevant details or photos for faster resolution.

We will investigate and offer a solution, which may include replacement, store credit, or a refund, at our discretion.

8. Address Corrections

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once your order is shipped, we cannot change the address.
